A Precious Villa that Pours Luxury Interior Design in a Goblet of Sustainability

• This villa is our project under high-end services, which demanded facade demolition, reconstruction, and complete interior design of the triple-storey villa.
• When the clients came to us, they were a little sceptical about the kind of work they wanted; it was not in the scope of any of the famous interior design companies in Noida.
• The nature-loving family wanted to have a cosy home that kept them connected with the greens outside, was full of daylight, and was no less in depicting the luxury.
• The front of the house depicts a clear picture of the nature-loving client, where the designers provided an amazing wooden look to the top facade and blended it well with the stone cladding on the boundary wall.

As we always say, luxury interior design is not about stuffing a house with fancy accessories but is hidden in the quality of material, innovative thought, and purposeful design. The Sukoon villa is one example of it.

The Ground floor

• The ground floor has it all for sustainable living, where the designer kept a fine arrangement of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to enjoy the view outside and kept the privacy intact with fine curtain fabric that blends well with the soothing look of the living area.
• The parents’ room is kept subtle in wall design but robust with its stunning woodwork, including a classic bedside design and open shelves around. This room opens to the glass ceiling of the space, where you can see the divine pooja room in Duco paint spreading blessings all around.
• The wide U-shaped kitchen space is adorned with IDW Interiors’ specialised factory-finish modular kitchen woodwork, where every edge, corner, and under-cabinet is given a smooth finish that you can’t help but applaud.

Then comes the most stunning part of this luxury interior design: the double-heighted glass ceiling at the pooja room space. This lobby is crafted spectacularly with a vision of creating a sun-filled space and adding a multifunctional space to the house.

The First floor

• The first floor has a master bedroom adjoined with a study room. These two areas have a common lobby.
• As you start walking up the stairs, you will encounter a precious double-height chandelier that is a statement of art and is the focal point in the area.
• The staircases themselves take you through the transition towards the first floor, where the master bedroom is styled with a jazzy green tropical wall, and a brilliant TV console is added to the wall.
• The surroundings of the wall are kept calm and neutral with a soothing colour palette. What is most attractive is the corners are utilised brilliantly for storage and keeping artefacts.
• Dressing is completely a wow! Sliders hide your stuff, while open shelves display your fine collection of fragrances and more, emphasised by warm lights of the luxury interior design! The addition of a study area in the room adds a multifunctionality to the home.
• The lobby space is adorned with a beautiful resting console and storage for a shoe rack. This space, along with the master room, leads to a beautiful balcony where we have a relaxing space in the form of a modern ‘ jhoola’ so that you can enjoy the landscaping around.

The Second Floor and Terrace

• The second floor is kept simple in styling but maximised for storage and sleek in finishing. The space is ideal for guest spacing where you need extra space to keep your luggage.
• The terrace of the house is adorned beautifully with white and blue tiling all over and a recyclable bamboo sofa set to enjoy the evenings with family.
