Overview
When our client Mr. Pratyaksh Jain reached us, looking for modern interior designs for his purchase at ATS Advantage Indirapuram, he was looking for modern minimal interiors. Taking forward his approach of ‘less is more’, we came up with our sample designs based on modern interiors. He loved them! Moreover, our conceptualisation and 3D representation of designs also helped him visualise the exact designs to which he aspired. Let’s see the details of the project.
Scope of Work
- 1. The home takes you on a subtle journey right from its entrance with its cosy, warm and focused design.
- 2. As you step inside the house you will see a large foyer with a silky-soft, velvety touch creme-shaded wall that is allured with a touch of elegance with a similar texture storage unit in the space. To highlight this space, brown louvre panelling is done in the louvre area which is also highlighted with LED lights and a false ceiling design.
- 3. The foyer takes you to an open floor space zoned into the living and dining areas. However the artsy of our best interior designer made it more personal and practically functional
- 4. In the living area, our designers ensured to utilise the natural light of the room so that it could maximise the space value. The use of sheer curtains, a light fabric sofa, walls with light marble texture, a subtle TV console, and profile light on the ceiling are some examples of it.
- 5. In the dining area, walls are made visible with a white marble finish now and then. This helped in creating a dedicated family meal zone. “This type of inclusiveness and continuity of designs also helps to create an illusion of ‘ a wide space’” — says the designer.
- 6. In this residential interior design, we also provided a luxury spot near the dining area in the form of a glossy display unit, a chandelier on a shining false ceiling, and hanging lights in the kitchen that fall as an accessory to the dining area.
- 7. Each room is designed with soft colour palettes that deepen the essence of minimalism in the complete home. While the bathrooms are designed in complete contrast i.e with the bold balcksplashes. Firstly this creates a sense of zoing that cut down the monotinu the monotonousnes within the space and secondly bold backsplashes are practically more functional in the bathroom spaces that absorb clutter.
